Welcome to the Ya'Gotta adventure travel information page for Caribbean, which is located; in the Caribbean Sea, southeast of the United States, east of Mexico and Central America, north of South America and west of the Atlantic Ocean. See map below:

The Caribbean Islands are made up of the Antilles, divided into the:

1. Greater Antilles which bound the sea on the north (Cuba, Jamaica, Hispaniola (Haiti and the Dominican Republic), and Puerto Rico. The Cayman Islands are also often included in the Greater Antilles because of their geographical proximity to Cuba.
2. Lesser Antilles on the south and east they are gouped into the Leeward Islands (Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Saint Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Saint Kitts, Nevis, Barbuda, Antigua, Redonda, Montserrat, Guadeloupe) and the Windward Islands (Dominica, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Grenadines, Grenada, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago).
3. The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands, which are in fact in the Atlantic Ocean north of Cuba, not in the Caribbean Sea.
